1. You must not use ARN AUTH to support
- malware, ransomware, spyware, stalkerware, keyloggers, remote-access trojans, or software that secretly collects data or takes control of a device;
- software that facilitates fraud, identity theft, unauthorised access, credential theft, or evasion of security controls;
- cheating, botting, or tampering in online games or services in breach of their rules, or tools whose main purpose is to circumvent another product's licensing or technical protection;
- harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or content that sexualises minors;
- illegal drugs, weapons, human trafficking, or other goods or services that are illegal where you or your customers operate;
- evasion of export controls, sanctions, or mandatory age or identity checks;
- infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights; or
- interference with ARN AUTH, its providers, or other users, including unauthorised access, denial-of-service attempts, scraping that bypasses limits, or introducing malicious code.
2. Licence and account abuse
You must not use ARN AUTH to issue keys you are not authorised to issue, to evade seller limits or profile quotas, to impersonate another developer or seller, to resell platform access without permission, or to probe for another customer's data. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass validation in a way that harms the service or another customer.
Sellers may issue keys only for applications they have joined and may not misrepresent their authority to buyers. Developers are responsible for the conduct of sellers they invite and for promptly removing access that is no longer authorised.
3. Sensitive and regulated products
You are responsible for every licence, registration, disclosure, and approval needed for your product. If your product is regulated (including financial, health, legal, security, or children's services), do not use ARN AUTH unless you have the required authorisations. ARN AUTH does not provide legal, medical, financial, or compliance advice.
4. Enforcement
We retain absolute, final, and unreviewable discretion to investigate suspected breaches, suspend validation endpoints, deactivate keys, remove applications, or terminate account clusters. For urgent infrastructure risk, suspected malicious deployment, third-party abuse flags, or law enforcement notices, we will execute immediate enforcement actions without prior warning, transition periods, or liability for downstream operational loss. Account review opportunities are provided purely as an optional administrative courtesy and do not constitute a procedural right.
To report abuse, use the customer-care address in the operator details. Include the app public ID or key preview if you have it, but never send a full live licence key or API key. See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Law Enforcement Cooperation: ARN AUTH operates in absolute compliance with statutory compliance standards. The Operator will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities, digital forensics units, and the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C). Upon receipt of a valid subpoena, judicial order, or official data demand under applicable criminal procedure rules, we will directly disclose account records, verification histories, application logs, and access telemetry to the authorities without providing notice to the affected account holder.
